As part of the normal operation of our website we collect and, in some cases, reveal information about you. This Privacy Policy describes all the information we gather from you and what may happen to that information.

2. A Special reminder about minors.

When you become a member of the Returneasy.com Program and display any Returneasy.com Logoís, you will want the world to know that you are making smarter, safer, and easier online shopping. Thus, we will treat it as public information that you, known by your Returneasy.com Member Number, have become a member of Returneasy.com Program. Also, your Public Returneasy.com Information will be accessible to the public, the license holder and the marketplace.

Upon providing return Merchant solution:

Buyers:

In order to help you resolve a dilemma, your return address will be provided to customers who have filled out the return form.

Sellers:

When returning the item, buyerís contact information will be release to seller in order to process the return faster and more accurate. Your phone number will be used only to resolve the issue by the seller.

Regulatory Body:

If you are transacting within an e-commerce marketplace based on a license issued by a regulatory or licensing body ("Regulatory Body"), the Regulatory Body will be entitled to information that is publicly available, as well as Case Information, Resolution Behavior Information and any signed-Settlement Agreement for enforcement or compliance purposes.

Court or law enforcement entity:

Returneasy.com will only reveal information if required to do so by a Court of law. For criminal or civil fraud investigations Returneasy.com will reveal information without giving you any notice. In this case Returneasy.com will only disclose the Case Filing Page and Response, My Cases Page, Resolution Page and Settlement Agreement.

Other party:

Limited information you present in your case submission form, including your email address will be seen by the other party. Returneasy.com will assume that information you disclose during the process can be shared with the other party unless you indicate otherwise.

Public:

Part of smarter, safer, easier online shopping is letting the public know your return merchants solution Behavior Information. We will associate, your email address, and if you are a Returneasy.com Member your Member Number with this information.

Upon applying or paying for a ReturnEasy.com Service or Membership:

Marketplace:

If you register for eBay as part of your Returneasy.com application, Returneasy.com may provide personal information about you and your transactions back to ebay. Particularly, under certain situations where you authorize us to create an eBay account on your behalf, we will provide your personal information including your payment information to eBay. In these cases We will ask for your authorization during the application process.

Third party bank or credit card processor:

In order for Returneasy.com to process your application for membership or to collect service fees, your bank and/or credit card information will be shared with our third party bank or credit card processor.

Court or regulatory body:

Returneasy.com will collaborate with law enforcement inquiries, as well as other third parties to implement laws, particularly in the case of fraud. We can (and you specifically authorize us to) disclose any information about you (including Public Information and Private Member Information such as your name, address,) to law enforcement or other government officials, as we, in our sole prudence, believe required or suitable in connection with a fraud investigation. In this case you should expect that Returneasy.com would share some or all of your information in order to continue providing service. In this instance you will receive a notice and we will require that any new combined entity follow the practices disclosed in this Privacy Policy.

 

5. Control of Your Password.

You may not reveal your password to any third parties or share it with any third parties. If you do, you lose control of your password and you may lose extensive control over your personal and private identifiable information. Returneasy.com uses industry standard efforts to protect the confidentiality of your personal identifiable information; however, "perfect security" does not exist on the internet.
